Tempest's 30-Day Performance Guarantee
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a refund or exchange it for a different one. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.
How to claim your money back:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Tempest's Pickleball Paddles from www.TheTempestSport.com
2. Play with our paddle for no more than 30 Days from date of order received.
3. If at anytime within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our paddle, email a customer care representative at support@thetempestsport.com sharing your review and money-back request with the subject header "30-Day Performance Guarantee".
4. All applications of "30-Day Performance Guarantee" are required to include the following in the email:
- Name, order number and date of item received.
- Reason for applying performance guarantee.
5. Once approved, return the paddle in its original packaging (otherwise claims will be deemed invalid) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
7. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our paddle are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
8. Any free gifts including with the purchase of the paddles should also be returned.
9. Once returned, our paddle's purchase price will be refunded to you after deducting discounts and any transaction fees.
10. Pick-up in store orders are NOT eligible for the 30-Day Performance Guarantee.
11. Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee is only applicable for Tempest's Pickleball Paddles. Faulty paddles are not subjected to "30-Day Performance Guarantee" but "Limited Lifetime Warranty". Man-induced damage on paddles is not subjected to "30-Day Performance Guarantee" or "Limited Lifetime Warranty". Please click here to refer to the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" section.
12. We reserved the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the “30-Day Performance Guarantee” of the Sites, at any time and in our own discretion.
13. We reserved the ultimate right to reject service to anyone and only for specific and reasonable reasons that any reasonable person would agrees present a danger, health risk or obvious disruption to our ability to conduct business.
