Lifetime Warranty

Tempest pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the paddle with activation of lifetime warranty through the registering of the paddle with Tempest. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner.

What's Covered and What's Not

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.

Miscellaneous

This warranty is available for Tempest pickleball paddles in the Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Tempest holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty. Tempest has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty.

Purchase the paddle you are interested in, then once you receive it, you have 30 days to play with it and decide if it's the right paddle for you. If at anytime after 30 days you decide it's not working for you, you can initiate a return for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different paddle.
